As much as I respect Bhop it's clear he sidestepped any time there was the possibility for a fight with Chad. I expect him to do the same if he beats Pascal as well.
he's contracted to fight dawson if they both win their next fights but hopkins will probably get ktfo by pascal on purpose just to duck dawson.

Obviously one has to be most impressed with his upset victories in dominant fashion, whenever he is Underdog (Tito, Tarver, Pavlik), to reinvent himself time and time again, and convert non-believers who starts taking his abilities for granted.

He doesn't have the record title defenses in my book.

The middleweight version impressed me the most though the lightheavyweight version is very impressive, taking age into consideration.

obviously middleweight. That's where has was in his prime, and didn't lose his belts until he was 40 years old.

He did some amazing things post 40 at light heavyweight, but he changed his game a bit to fit his age, being much more economical, reserving energy, etc.

At middleweight he was the complete package - had power, speed, good work-rate, excellent stamina, excellent chin, superb defense.

What one also has to be impressed by, is Bernard Hopkins' verbal prowess

the MW version was half beast half amazing....this version is more likely to take you to school, grind you down and wait for the scores to be read....half beast half amazing would get you outta there after breaking you down....I like BOTH versions....Hop is my dude, what can I say?!?

Him beating Pavlik was just brilliant. An old man teaching a kid new tricks

                    Middleweight, obviously.

He's been pretty good across both weight classes, though.

He was at his best at middleweight.

his most impressive wins are at LHW.
