          Hopkins beat Lipsey, Jackson, Allen, Echols, Echols, Holmes, Trinidad, Daniels, Joppy, Allen, DLH and Eastman. All top ten. So I dont think you could include him on this list.

          He just fought in a really weak division.

              I think a case can be made any 'record reign' made without full claim to the title from jump is deceiving to some degree.
