Too bad it wasn't too effective against a one legged light welter....

The midget is still the most explosive fighter in the sport. He just needs the right opponents to put on spectacular performances.

        Alpha as **** imo.

        Negro engages conversation.

Ignore and finish your combo sets.

        Talk with lacky.

        Still ignoring Negro.

I like McGuigan. He's one of the only one's I like.

          Don't like Nelson either.

I cannot believe how people are convincing themselves Bradley has a case. You have to give him too much credit to give him 5 rounds. The most he can realistically get if you are being far is 4. I'm not sure how anyone sees different.

Super middleweight boxing champion Andre Ward says that if he was Tim Bradley, he would give back the WBO welterweight title belt to Manny Pacquiao.

Bradley won a very controversial decision against Pacquiao on Saturday, and almost all of the reporters and fans in Las Vegas thought Pacquiao dominated the fight.

"It was a ridiculous decision," said Ward, who was at the fight. "Bradley lost the majority of the rounds. If it was me personally, I would admit defeat and say, 'Here's your belt back.'"

Bradley said after the fight that he would watch it again to see if he really won. But his comments got stronger later, saying he thought he "carried the fight with my jab" and that he was the "No. 2 pound-for-pound" best fighter behind Floyd Mayweather.

If Bradley did watch the fight over again, he would clearly see that he lost the fight, Ward said. Bradley didn't get one good punch in, Pacquiao said, and Ward agreed that Bradley's lack of power was evident.

"There was nothing there, nothing to suggest it was even close," Ward said. "If you were being generous, extremely generous, maybe you could give Tim four rounds and he loses 8-4. I love Tim, he is a friend of mine, but he has to know that he lost that fight."

And Bradley should say that and give the belt back to Pacquiao.

"It's the right thing to do," Ward said. "It's a tough situation, but you gotta make a stand and that will help make sure that this kind of thing doesn't happen again. He won't lose any stock - in fact, his reputation would be enhanced.

"It would help us put the reigns on this Wild Wild West situation that boxing has become."

Ironically, if Bradley had lost the fight he might be looked at more favorably by boxing fans.

"He has nothing to hang his head about," Ward said. "He hurt his foot early and he never gave up, took some good shots and hung in there."

Ward was at the Pacquiao-Bradley match to promote his Sept. 8 fight in his hometown of Oakland against light heavyweight champ Chad Dawson. Ward was stunned just like everyone else at the MGM Grand when the split-decision result was announced.

"My first reaction was shock, then anger and then sadness," Ward said. "I have dedicated half of my life to this sport and what happened Saturday is unacceptable. And it's going to continue to happen until there is a commission that starts to impose sanctions. There have to be investigations and punishments."

The kind of fan who doesn't try and insult people who score fights differently, the kind of fan who likes to hear how others saw the fight, and the kind of fan who can look at more than one side to an argument, and make unbiased observations when the time calls.

Obviously if I don't think it was enough to steal the round, I didn't see "garbage" punches, and what excuse are you talking about? Who is making one for whom?

I am merely playing devils advocate and can see the fight being scored both ways.

I had Manny by a landslide that night just like everyone else. I went home and watched it several more times and have it going both ways closely. You don't have to agree.

Ward knows whats up. You have no honor in keeping a title that doesn't belong on your waist. You gain greater respect by doing what's best for boxing, and returning the belt to its rightful owner and hopefully put this awful chapter of corrupt officiating to bed. Moving on and making it right will let the judges get on with their lives and not have to be vilified the rest of their lives for their lapse in judgement. Why go on the rest of your life as this being your most famous moment in boxing. Getting a gifted championship when the world knows the truth. By doing this act you would be remembered far more favorably as time goes by, and hopefully create new moments in the ring for which to be remembered for.

Idiots, people have to take control of the situation and instead of acting like these absurd decisions have any merit fighters should admit they lost to inspire a change in the sport.
Asking a man who engages in hand to hand combat for a living who trains relentlessly for weeks and has to through the discipline of dieting and enduring a strenuous amount of pain is just plain ******.

He fought through two leg injuries just to have the opportunity to get a decision on the judges scorecards. If you want him to admit defeat he might as well have quit aftet round 2 cause he was in too much pain to continue. Then waste everybody's money and have a aecond shot at a rematch in. November.

Fighters shouldn't have to pay for judging errors and poor commission oversight. Period.

After the fight, I watched it 2X with 11 boxing pundits. Most have it at 9-3, at least two submitted 8-4 scorecard. One trainer scored it at 10-2. A media practitioner had it at 7-5. All for Pac.

Your opinion however, is respected my mang.
