Who can Bradley beat a Welterweight?

Sitting here trying to think what top guys at WW Bradley would have a chance with. I honestly can't see him beating any of the top guys at 47, Manny, Floyd, Ortiz, Khan (when he comes up), Paulie. I don't even know if Bradley can beat Devon again. Was really shocked at how pedestrian he looked last night.

If I try to find rounds for Bradley the most I can give him is maybe 5. And that is with extreme bias scoring and ignoring the fact Pac had him on shaky legs multiple times during the fight.
