Usually they go to shorts but I heard Pac actually did do that in his younger days because he didn't make weight as a teen.

Well you can still hide stuff in the waistband. Bradley could have came in at 140, had 6 lb plates in. You would assume he would be slower and come fight night, he is just as fast as ever. Throws Pacquiao off

There is understand the concept of something but it doesn't mean you understand it to a point you will do it.
