This is a very inaccurate statement. Name me some fights where Tim hasn't staggered or dropped his opponent? I bet you can't name more than 5 out of all of his fights. Just because he doesn't KO people, doesn't mean he doesn't have power.

He stopped Casamayor, dropped PEDerson, dropped the much bigger Abregu, staggered Alexander, dropped Witter. Bradley isn't Ploddingcough, he isn't going to try and bulldoze through Pac and be an easy target.

Pac will get caught with the counter right more than a few times as he is jumping in.
