How would Gamboa and Lopez do against Morales, Marquez, and Barrera?

    In featherweight.
Would Gamboa's greater athleticism and Juanma's power be enough to beat Morales, Marquez, and Barrera?

I honestly think they both get outclassed, but that's just me.

Gamboa's handspeed would give MAB problems

Gamboa would get dragged into a brawl by El Terrible and get KOd...same with Lopez

Marquez would get put on his ass 5 times by Gamboa, lose a decision then cry that he won...

    Marquez-Lopez would have been classic

I agree with everything but you underestimate what JMM can do with his counter punching. he would give Gamboa the most problems IMO because he is so patient and can make you pay for your mistakes.

disagree with Barrera it wasn't handspeed that was ever an issue more than stance. He cannot adjust to lefties which is why I think he would lose to JuanMa but beat Gamboa.

Juanma; His power would allow him to floor Marquez once or twice, but it would be a war that could go either way, Marquez being the favourite. Could Juanma outbox a prime MAB? I don't see it, but again it could be a great fight with great action. I don't like his chances against Morales.

Gamboa; His speed and power would be enough to ensure a close fight with Marquez, I think knockdowns would determine it (Pac-Marquez like). Speed and power isn't enough to beat MAB, Gamboa's boxing ability would be crucial. Against Morales...he'd also have a tough time.

Hahaha...ok do what you will. You know I met that dude at the mall here in Ft. Lauderdale. I was with one of the HW's from the gym, this black dude that weighs about 235 and is about 6'2.

I told him we were going to spar tomorrow and asked jokingly if he wanted to come by and spar with us and he looked at dude and said, I'm good, not crazy.....hahah really cool cat.
