Most of the stuff you use in a lawsuit turns out to be meaningless, but you still put them in there just in case they turn out to be useful.

If one point turns out to be unfounded then you just drop it and go to another one of the many points you have it does not hurt the rest of your case unless it is a key point that is the foundation of multiple points then you lose all that come from that tree.

so at this point nobody knows whether that claim is important or not because the court still has to decide its validity. unfortunately for you, you already said it is unimportant. you just contradicted yourself.

No one on this board cares about this case except *******s who wanna see some victory in court, I guess? This case will take three years and run Pac seven figures. The blood tests would've lasted eight weeks and earned him $40m. That's all there is to it, really.

I said that it is not that important as it is one of many points they have and we are at the stage where you throw in every possible thing because this is your chance to get them in.

When was the last time someone was charged with one count of something? Ahh well. You're talking to people who celebrated when a judge announced the case could go to court one year later

I don't know how the case is going to go because once you get to court you just never know but the one thing I do know for a fact this will go on longer than either guy is in the sport, if allowed to run it's course anyways.
