Why should I question all of the fights? I am not questioning any one to begin with. I said, I don't think Pacquiao is on PED's, but he's putting himself on a bad light by refusing to take OST.

Imagine if Barry Bonds, who went from a skinny base stealer, 30-homerun guy, to a monster homerun hitter, record breaking numbers, was questioned if he's on PED's and he refuses to take drug tests? Would that not have fueled the media to further believe he was on PED's? He ended up being on PED's anyways.

The court is there to decide its validity~ you don't know until you try.

The difference between Bonds and Manny,

Barry never had a season with over 50 HRs. Suddenly, in the wake of the Sosa/Mac battle, he blasts 73. Then, never reaches 50 again.

Manny, has been a KO fighter for his entire career. He always had the speed and power and didn't suddenly just develop some overnight ferocious punch.

gotcha. still, you dont yap at a specific fight concerning things that are affecting the sport. you go to the sanctioning body.

But never have I said its a great fight, or even a decent one.

              Now what?

              Poof, be gone now.
I don't understand what you are saying. Are you talking about Pacquiao vs Mosley? Because that is not what I am talking about.

And *****s wanted Pacquiao-Mosley in the beginning of 2010, not mid 2011.

2 fights later, a loss and a draw, yeah *****s you got what you wanted, Mosley-Pac.

That's like Floyd fighting Margarito now, and me bragging "Look Floyd haters, you got what you wanted now".

Oh look we got we wanted in Jones vs Hopkins II, 10 years too late with a shot RJJ and a 45 year old Hopkins, but we got we wanted. Yeah, right.

yeah i know about the validity thing...my point is you have to support your claim, right? so for pac's lawyers to put that claim in the suit, they should have something to support it. so how is it unimportant?

Most of the stuff you use in a lawsuit turns out to be meaningless, but you still put them in there just in case they turn out to be useful.

If one point turns out to be unfounded then you just drop it and go to another one of the many points you have it does not hurt the rest of your case unless it is a key point that is the foundation of multiple points then you lose all that come from that tree.

That's a bad example. How do you account for weight classes?

When was the last time someone was charged with one count of something? Ahh well. You're talking to people who celebrated when a judge announced the case could go to court one year later
