I am very familiar with both....& can't say that I was really a fan of either.
But, I can say that I believe Roy was superior....& would win a fight against Nunn quite comfortably.Comment

How did you see the Reggie Miller fight ?Comment

You see this fight would've been a boring chess match fight. I still think Nunn at the better defense & he would've outbox Jones by a close boring fight. Nunn is way underrated by the fans today, but Jones still overrated after getting knocked out twice by 2 old grandpas.Originally posted by jabsRstiffJones was harder to hit than was Nunn. He was rarely hit at 160.....&, unlike Nunn, threw lightning fast power-shots in return.
I saw a dude named Charles Campbell (think that was his name)...drop & almost KO Nunn before Nunn took out Frank Tate.Comment

well we'll have to agree to disagree then, i think jones is better in most departments although nunns speed would of been a problem for the first half of the fight, then i think jones would of taken over.Originally posted by JUYJUYI don't, I think Nunn of 87/88 beats Jones every single time.
Did you see the eubank dvds, i got one - there genuine tooComment

Also, I remember Jones hanging on against I think it was Lou De Valle or one of the LHW opponents. And none of these guys were Jackson, McClellan or Benn.Comment

jones didnt have to hang on against del valle, he virtually dominated the whole fight apart from round 8Comment
