Agreeing and actually signing a contract confirming the statement are two different things. When Arum flew out to show Manny the contract (IF that's even true) back in '09, that was the purpose.

Random drug test that you don't know when the officials are going to test and when they do you don't know if it is urine or a blood sample.

This will reduce the chances of doping not knowing when they are comming.
