I didnt say he needed to stay at 130 unless it was for the JMM fight but and I don't blame Manny for the DLH fight its Oscars fault trying to fight at a weight he didn't compete in for over 10 years

case in point Mosley was the Man at welterweight but Manny fought Cotto instead and asked for a handicap..

You must be blind not to see that Cotto was a legit contender at welterweight, especially with only one loss and beating Mosley. Plus, he was in Top Rank, so his chances to fight Manny was higher.

Mosley was the number one WW and was looking like the MAN at that division and at that point Cotto was on a down slide and was looking suspect Clottey fought him to a draw. on top of that Manny asked for a catchweight against a damaged guy.
