Your comparing apples to Oranges. Margo got caught with plaster in his gloves.. thats illigal anywhere you are fighting. Titos deal was the style of wrapping was not allowed in NY and New York alone.

As far as Puerto Ricans claiming Margs is a cheater.. Um yeah he is it has been proven that he TRIED to cheat .. thus the Marga cheato name fits..
