I believe that's where all the jealousy from the Mayweather family comes from. They need to make up BS stories about things that aren't even close to true to try and make themselves look better. I am just astonished how many people listened to a babbling idiot like Floyd Sr make up a completely false accusation and those said people ate it up and ran with it. Caring about his fans is what has pushed Manny over Floyd Jr in so many ways. Manny is on top of the world right now and Floyd Jr, is, well, fighting to remain a free man. That's the bottom line and Floyd Jr fans can't stand that...

i expect nothing less from a man who wont fight pacman and is now probably
TERRIFIED of sergio martinez., floyd stays away from the best boxers..

no way in God's green earth does floyd mayweather beat sergio...no way and no how. sergio has too much power, athleticism, speed and agility... floyds style will not mesh well with sergios...sergio at 154 mops the floor with the inactive, pot shotting aging fighter in floyd mayweather.....now 3 or 4 years ago this is a different matchup. but as today sergio is physically and mentally on his game and floyd is physically declining.....dont think so? ever seen floyd buckled like he was from a 39 year old inactive for 18 months fighter who shot a jab to the body and caught him with an overhand right???? thats a mediocre 1-2 in boxing and it almost ruined floyd..... like i said, sergio beats mayweather like a red headed step child....that southpaw stance and agility using angles cuts up floyds shoulder roll....

Paul Williams is a high-volume southpaw (reminds you of anyone?) that is coming off a KO loss, who is also available right now.
According to Floyd's fan, that's a perfect example of a tuneup contender.

Well, it shouldn't be against Spadafora. Paul is a career lightweight who is now a small jr. welterweight. Spadafora hasn't fought anyone of note since he had a 12 round draw with Dorin, the same guy Gatti crushed in 2 rounds, and Mayweather crushed Gatti in 6 rounds. The southpaw reason makes sense to a point but it's a southpaw who has no chance whatsoever and had no power at lightweight. Mayweather could break one his hands in the first round and still win easily...

I think in the next couple of months we are going to hear these stories from several other fighters saying "Don King contacted them about possibly fighting Mayweather" and blah, blah, blah but until Mayweather get's his major legal hurdles cleared, I won't believe much of anything...

Hey Floyd fans, defend your pound for pound king. I can't wait to hear this.

But no one should be surprised. This is Floyd Mayweather after all.

So let me get this str8. Floyd wants to all of a sudden settle the score with Spaddy after 10 years. Why did'nt he do it back then when it mattered? All of a sudden it now matters? So now because Spaddy has mostly been inactive for 8 years Floyd is ready to fight him? Spaddy is a shell of a fighter at this point and he never really had serious pop to begin with. Floyd is more skilled has been more active and has more power. Oh and he's faster too.

I have been saying for years that if Floyd Jr wanted to silence his critics (with me being one of them), he should have fought P-Will a couple of years ago. Floyd Jr would have countered him to death and won an easy 12 round decision. Now that Sergio has crushed him, however, he wouldn't get nowhere's near the credit for a win but I would accept that as a tune-up. And everyone and their mother knows P-Will would get down to 147 lbs for that huge payday. And people know P-Will, nobody barely knows Paul Spadafora....
