Floyd doesn't need to fight him at 147, he can fight him anywhere below 154. It's only a tuneup.
But this is a tall order to take, if Spadafora's name is being thrown around.

That would most likely kill the fight. Mayweather would want a huge payday for any return and HBO couldn't afford it and nobody would buy a P-Spad vs. Mayweather PPV. After wasting my money when buying ODLH vs. Mayweather, I refused to buy (what I believed and what turned out to be) the mismatches with Hatton and Marquez. I did pay for Mosley and was again disappointed. The only fights I would pay for would be against Pacquiao or Sergio Martinez at this point. Anything else wouldn't be worth it, especially since I could watch it a week later for free...
