he was accused and was asked to prove his innocence by their own terms. he was willing to do that to a degree but not agreeing all the way.

it could have been superstition cause of his last loss, it could have been ego, heck, maybe pacquiao is really on PED's.

whatever the reason is, it stopped the fight from happening.

that's like asking for a catchweight and blaming the guy who refused it if the fight doesn't happen

effective ped's that you can take for 7 days before a fight that isn't detectable by urine and not detectable by blood within 24 hours of intake.

Well, It's not really the same because a catchweight is more likely to have a negative effect on you than a drug test would.

But either way, in essence if a fighter asks for a catchweight that will have no effect on them I.e Pacqiauo-Cotto. Then yes the person who rejects the catchweight is the person who gets the blame for the fight not happening. Surely? Had Cotto rejected the 145 catchweight who would you put the blame on for the fight not happening?

i would blame it on pacquiao. he was the one who asked for something that is "special" and cotto wants the normal weight limit.

this is knowing that both fighters will not be affected by the catchweight.

old enough to hold an intelligent discussion...............if that is not ******ity then your argument regarding pac weight penalty does not hold water.
