Actually, it's the whites that are "illegal". Blacks are welcomed because they came in peace. Once again, Mexican Natives don't receive subsidies, we receive reparations. As for poor, PR is consistently one of the poorest compared to the other states and the unemployed levels are consistently sky high and one of the highest.
