M point was you cannot take everything this guy states seriously. Arum has proven time and time again that he will say one thing and do the exact opposite. He will trash Mosley saying he doesn't deserve a fight with Pacquiao and then Mosley turns out to be the next opponent. And now Arum is stating Mosley is a dangerous opponent and blah, blah, blah. When it comes to Arum, I listen and make a judgement and hope that what is best for the sport happens. I think Arum meant Mosley was washed up more than I believe he is a dangerous opponent for Pac. If Arum is considered such a liar. Then how can WE believe that he wants Pac to fight Floyd? ESPECIALLY since his actions are saying otherwise.

Lisen, Floyd Mayweather Jr talks for himself, while Manny Pacquiao has Arum and Roach doing most of the talking for him. Am I right or wrong? Pacquiao is the same guy who says "My promoter chooses who I fights". Why shouldn't I believe Arum is telling the truth about Pac? Would Arum say those things to hurt Pac's image?

Listen, on paper, P4P Pac is considered the best but in the sport of boxing since 2008. He is not fighting the best. I'm not saying Pac is not #1 but people are starting to question it. That's not my opinion but fact.

its funny, you can pick apart pac's resume all you want... but most level-headed fans recognize that hatton & cotto were legit p4p performances... and NOBODY pac fights will be good enough because it ISNT floyd. thats the truth... clottey & margs were stay-busy fights because there were no other logical choices... arum wont drop $$$ for manny to fight a 140lb prospect... i dont think any promotor will will do that.... you dont see dibella setting up pirog/martinez either.... now martinez emerges, but logically 148lb manny cant take on 160lb martinez... not gonna happen. we all know arum bought that "8th division" for pac so lets not act like pac can legitimately fight @ 154.

martinez is #2 & will be #1 soon. he deserves it. but it looks like he will be fighting bums next... i doubt sergio will step up to 168... a victory over angulo & kirkland would help his case... but i dont think anyone considers angulo & kirkland "elite" yet.

Ummmm..... The quotes I put up was about Arum not really oppen about working with Mayweather Jr to make the fight with Pac. did it happen? That could definitely be the truth because Arum doesn't like Floyd and the fight did not and is not happening. You are telling me that Arum lies about everything so how can we be sure that he really was negotiating a second fight? Or how do we know if Arum really wants Pac to fight Floyd? Everything could be a lie coming out of his mouth and I admit that. Bob Arum is the spokesman for Pac so if Pac is letting Arum speak for him and pick his fights. Could that mean Pac is apart of his lies as well?

same old same old recycled garbage trying very hard to put the blame on arum when this fight should have happened had lil floydie felt the itch to fight for the love of the sport, for the fans, for the money, or for the hell of it, just like how he negotiated his way to make his previous 40 fights happen. instead, he had to be a pu$$y in this one fight. the fight he thougth would be easy fight, easy money.

arum came out of the conference room leaving a mediator and some scientists in front of lil floyd, schaefer and dela hoya fuming and mad as hell. "mayweather is a coward", as he put it succintly. and in the end schaefer and dela hoya ended up trying to convince the lil fraud that it's okay to fight with the terms arum laid out. prior to that arum was so upbeat looking for a venue for the fight. he found dallas stadium, which the fraud team didn't even bother to look.

that was the picture of arum trying to make the fight. that was the picture of an old man preventing the fight to happen. yeah right.

Floyd is not under any promotional company unlike Manny. Arum talks for Pac and Pac said that himself. So trying to tell me to wait for Manny to say it, is BS because Arum is the mouth piece. I believe Floyd tried to brush Shane off. All in all, Shane got what he asked for. Arum ain't letting NO THREATS next to Manny at all, including Shane in 09. Floyd said talk to my advisors and the fight happened. Pac says talk to my advisor and the fights don't. Who talks for who? You ain't own me.

I cannot say for sure because I don't know Arum. But Arum did say Mosley was washed up and unworthy of the Pacquiao fight and then turned around and said Mosley is a dangerous opponent for Pacquiao after the fight was signed. Complete and total contradiction only a few weeks apart...

But what I do know (and everyone else knows) one fight with Floyd vs. Pacquiao equals three Pacquiao PPVs against other opponents if you add up PPV buys for Cotto, Clottey and Margarito. And you know all Arum cares about is money. So, one huge promotion and one huge PPV event (possibly 3 million PPVs) as opposed to three fights with one million PPVs each, along with three promotions for each of those three fight, etc., wouldn't you think Arum would like to cash out on the one big fight? We can all agree that Arum is a greedy bastard. He don't give too ****s about Manny...

So, I would think that Arum would want the fight for the money reason only. You may disagree and that is fine. The bottom line is Floyd Jr is not fighting, hasn't even peeped a word about fighting and Manny is a fighter who wants to fight. Maybe his string of recent opponents aren't top notch (but all are/were highly rated and not bums) but then again it's better than fighting nobody. And you have the right to watch or not watch so what do you care.

So Mayweather Sr hasn't spoken to Mayweather Jr in a long time. Mayweather Jr, Ellerbe, or Haymon or even Schafer or Ross Greenburg have said anything about Floyd Jr saying he wants $100Mill. If Floyd/Haymon/Ellerbe say it, then i'll believe it.

Arum/Roger saying isn't proof that it's what Jr wants.

When Floyd says it, i'll call him out for it, it's a ridiculous number. $50 Million is a more reasonable number and it's still too much to ask a guarantee. Maybe he can make 50Mill with the PPV numbers the fight would make.
