HANG HIM!!!!!LYNCH HIM!!!!! BURN THE WITCH AT THE STAKE!!!! I like the way you think. It may be uncivilized but if this was the good ol days, there would be a bunch of *****s with pitch forks and torches in front of Manny's house. That is if they got away from being hanged by the white man who felt they ****d some white woman or stole something. *****s are so uncivilized, no wonder they think like neanderthals... I like it though

Its painfully obvious that Pac dose not want random OST ,,, why ,, only one answer froggy , the ***er is a PEDS cheat .Comment

Lol, like I said before, why would Pacquiao respond positively to a negative slanderous accusation. Most everyone, not counting the *****s of course, would react in defiance. This is the result of Floyd's unprofessional behavior that you defend to the fullest.Comment

Yeah, except he didn't react in defiance. What was his initial reaction again?Comment

Pacquiao actually has a decent case. Not great, but decent. And, Petrocelli, his attorney, is damned good. I've had cases against his firm O'Melveny & Myers many times before. Mayweather and Co., should be concerned. Floyd's dad has clearly made statements that Pacquiao was on roids. Floyd Jr. has strongly implied it (like in his Rugged Man interview talking about how the "Philippines have the best steroids"--what a joke, by the way).
You clearly don't know anything about the legal system--"more money for the court"--what does that mean? Courts don't get paid by the hour or by a percentage of a claim. After the case is filed, the only fees the court collects are ministerial (like for filing a motion). They are very small.
Defamation cases are hard to win, especially if you are celebrity. However, Floyd and company were complete idiots about what they said and their motiviations were clearly malicious, so Pacquiao has a chance.
Great post, by the way. I doubt *****s know too much about the legal system. I would be shocked if there was a ***** out there smart enough to be a paralegal let alone a lawyer. I agree that Pacquiao has decent case here but his celebrity will hurt it quite a bit. On a personal level, it is as obvious as night and day that Pacquiao was insulted and reacted as that of a person that was offended. His defiance is a natural reaction to the slanderous unproven allegations made by Floyd and co.Comment

the initial negotiation between arum and pac for the floyd fight which happened in manila was well covered by Philippine media and nothing was mentioned about ost. *****s are reaching for saying that pac initially agreed to ost and then backed out. what pac had agreed to is the proposal from arum. did the proposal include ost? the Philippine media should've known and wrote about it.Comment

Your a total imbecile ,, Floyd was signed and Pac ran out because of OST which they agreed too in the first draft it wasnt new thay knew right of the bat Floyd wanted OST and team Pac agreed and then changed their mind after Floyd agreed to all their demands , so *** off with your childish fanboy bull**** .
Its painfully obvious that Pac dose not want random OST ,,, why ,, only one answer froggy , the ***er is a PEDS cheat .
Where you there during the negotiations?

Where's those DEMANDS for a retraction from Bob Arum and Team Pac or Manny himself regarding the articles in the NY Daily News about the infamous emails from Team Pac inquiring on "what would the penalties be if our guy was found dirty?"
There were no demands for any retractions. Because Bob and Co. KNOW if they demand a retraction the TRUTH will be shown in their own emails to the general public in the media.
Pac'n Ped's Quackquiao is 100% Steroids, No God. Like it or not kids.
This "lawsuit" is a smokescreen for Manny to "attempt" to appear "clean" while Bob trys to weasel his cash coward out of testing and or the fight till he's done milking him dry.Comment
