It doesn't mean nothing if you were never a factor at 140 or 147. Manny 122 to 147, Shane 135 to 154, Tito 147 to 160, Roy 160 to Heavyweight. Sergio 154 to 160, Yes I can count that is ONE. Are saying Sergio was a force at 147??? I must have missed his primetime Welterweight Championship Fight that never happened! Try again partner, BTW, I just don't hear most champs wanting to fight or calling out people TWO divisions south.
    Aren't you being a little precious ?

If you look at Martinez last 4 fights it is plainly obvious to see that he does not duck a challenge, or a larger opponent.

Manny and Floyd are - by far - the two biggest paydays in boxing.

Surely you can see whats up here ?

Pac obviously don't want none, so sexy moved on.

And btw, JMW is 154, and both of those guys are ex JMW titlists.

    • Martinez is good, especially with who he's fighting, but he is miles under Pacquiao in accomplishments, resume and skills.

      • bull 24 is right

that is the whole truth. But mayweather is and have always been overrated.

        • Also PAC will never ever agreed to fight Maravilla cause he knows Martinez will beat him up if there's no catch weight. If they ever fight at a catch weight he has a chance of winning against Martinez by Decision.

I agreed but accomplishments and resumes don't determine the outcome in the ring and I have to give the advantage to Martinez if they ever fight without a catch weight.

                At all.
Read again, I never said that. You may have missed my point.

Dude, the search for knowledge should be the driving force behind why most people come here, but it is not, and you are well aware of that.

Also, you should not have to be proven " knowledgable " in order to post here, but you should be able to function on a higher level than an ignorant kid, and you should have at least a basic understanding of the sport.

1 amateur fight would go a significant way toward achieving that

Not to exclude anybody, that would be pointless, just to qualify genuine interest as opposed to fly-by-night fandom.

Aside from what you may think, Manny I can handle, but grossly ignorant fan-boy flag-wavers.... I cannot. leaduppercut
What was your point ****-for-brains ?

And BTW kid, when I said " grossly ignorant fan-boy flag-wavers " ..... YES, I was ABSOLUTELY referring to you personally

You would not know a good fighter if he punched you in the face.

I would like to see you tested on that, many times

By now anyone can tell most Pac fans aren't "ignorant" though self imposed. They are his mass fly by night history changing TROLLS. Once Manny loses to someone who poses a challenge....there'll be plenty of extra bandwidth on the net.

Martinez beats Pac in skills and recent resume, and murks him if they fight.

If you know anything about boxing, and you have studied Pac's recent resume', you can clearly see that Manny would NEVER fight Sergio Martinez.

Martinez is the polar-opposite of Pacquiao's last 7 opponents.
