There is nothing about Matthysse style, that Alexander won't handle. This will be a great bounce back fight for him.
Only if he hit's the gym and fix those holes in his game..The thing I noticed inthe Matts Judah fight was how he took Judah's main weapon away which is his uppercut I did not see one uppercut in that fight..Matt's is a lil better then you giving him credit for..If Devon does not show some growth in this fight it's one he could very well lose..

I remember so many was riding Devon after he beat Urango, guy's telling me he would beat Bradley Khan and Maidana...I have not been impressed by Devon since the Witter fight..The Urango fight he got a highlight KO but he was eating a lot of leather before that happen..Kottie let's face it beat Devon and was jobbed..Bradley took dude's heart and made him look like he was totally out of his league..For Devon he has a lot of smoking mirrors, and most of his fans are still riding high off that Urango win..Let it go and see Devon for what he is,very talented but just not smart or hard working in the gym to correct his flaws..

Alexander is who he is, and every fighter has holes in their game. Matthysse can easily be countered with the left, and unlike Harris, Judah, and Corley youth will serve Devon well.

You maybe right,I would not bet on Matt's..But what about if/when Devon has to fiht Maidana??Maidana intentions are much more sinister and he will walk threw fire to get you..I would bet on that fight..

But every fighter does have holes, but not every fighter get's them exploited in the ring the way Devon does..Urango is slow and should have been outclassed,he was'int in fact the scorecards were pretty close before the KO..He should have out classed the much slower and not hard hitting Kottie,he did'int in fact most felt Kottie won and was jobbed in the lou..Either way Devon does not show good ring I.Q.and needs to work on that, because even if Matt's can't beat him there is gonna be someone else who will exploit these flaws..He seen the flaws he should have corrected after the Kottie fight,so why go into the fight with Bradley fighting the same way??It's because he does not know another way and won't work to find one..

Alexander will have issues with Matthysse but I think Alexander will be the descision, and he needs it too.

I don't see Devon going far in the fight game. He showed a real lack of heart Vs Bradley.

If alexander can lower his level to the point that he barely beats mathysse he will get himself a fight with khan right after.. Ive been a boxing fan since i was a little kid and its very clear to me that freddie roach and his fighters flat out DO NOT want to fight the best....sorry bradly, if youre waiting for a fight with khan youll be waiting forever bc its never gonna happen.....cowards
