Zab's hands are just as fast(if not a lil faster from a to b)and he commits to his punches which is why they look faster as well..Devon throws a lot of punches in a very weird manner, but none really connect..I really think Devon speed and so-called skill is very questionable and needs a tune-up fast..

overall speed, he's faster, especially his combos, he looks awkward because he hunches when he boxes and doesn't use his height, I personally look at Lucas as a tune up, he couldn't get passed zab and hasn't been tested and Devon >>>>>>> Zab

This will be the typical African-American vs Latino fight. Lucas chasing Devon all around the ring, Devon hugging like a coward and trying to be " slick " by sissy-jabbing. Lucas with no head movement, alot of heart and trying to land a power punch.

I think your right in overall spped Devon is the faster man,but single shot a to b I don't see a big difference between the two..Devon is not better then Zab either,I've been saying this since Judah called him out on the air and Devon had no response Devon wants no part of Judah..Watching him against Bradley confirmed even more how green Devon is..Not to mention the way that fight with Bradley ended now you have to question his heart..One thing I've never questioned about Zab was his heart, sorry dude your wrong Zab >>>> Devon...Which once again makes this fight with Matts very interesting imo and Devon's heart will be tested yet again...

Alexander looked bad in his last 2 fights showing no improvement... His manager/trainer sucks and has no class... If no changes or major improvements are made in this training camp, I see him losing bad to the powerful, young, and hungry Matthysse, who imo beat the now IBF champ Judah. Alexander looks very predictable nowadays and doesn't really show very good ring smarts... Has no personality to top it off, lol

I want to start by saying great sig pic bro..But I can't agree with ya more,Devon has not shown any growth since I first seen this kid he fights the same in every fight..He won't learn anything because Cunningham is not a good trainer he is a good cheerleader or should I say confidence builder..Matts against Judah proved he can be outwork(I had that fight a draw tbh)which is why I believe Devon's team took the fight anyway they believe they can outwork him..They might be in for a surprise tho cause unlike Devon Matt's trains to fight different based on the fighter he is fighting..I see Matt's winning but this not one I would bet on like I said Matt's can be outwork..But when Devon is ready to fight Maidana I'm taking bets on that one..

People in this thread act like Matthysse has proven himself to be a world beater because he went the distance with Zab. Reality check people, Alexander is younger, more athletic, fought greater opposition, and way more accomplished than Matthysse.

There is nothing about Matthysse style, that Alexander won't handle. This will be a great bounce back fight for him.

Look forward to this one. I see Alexander giving Matthysse the Urango treatment.

This **** happens non stop here. They see a fighter against another good fighter lose and that guy automatically is a bum and sucks. They see a fighter against no bodies win or look impressive and they think that guy is world class or great. Hell, most of these idiots think Pirog is one of the best fighters in the world because he knocked a 20 year old kid out. Pirog and his **** resume sucks and Matthysse will easily be defeated.
