Mediation is the preferred route for most of the disputes, but with bad blood between TR and GBP, I say Donaire's is f*****. I doubt GBP will pay Donaire for inactivity during the legal fight.

actually when i saw donaire taking pictures during the alvarez-hatton fight i knew he already considered moving to gbp.
donaire is not a lawyer, he's just depending on his lawyer's advise. but we all know how lawyers work. they'll tell you you have a case even if you don't. or even if he has a good case, top rank will not give up just like that. his contract expires in june...not a long-ass time to wait. he got carried away by gbp's big offer.

Its not that easy to get away from Arum ask De la hoya, Mayweather, Pac or cotto, He knows how to pull you back in. Even if Nonito's contract was going to run out in June i heard he was already discussing a fight for May 28 and am sure for nonito to sign for May 28 he would have to extend his contract with Top rank.

Please sir, tell me where you got your law degree? I'll take a retired Harvard Law student over a boxer in a legal battle any day of the week. Also, just because you don't practice law anymore doesn't mean you stop caring, learning or looking over contracts carefully. Thats like saying a banker or loan officer stops giving a **** about their finances because they are retired.

Or maybe Donaire got offered 1 million from Golden Boy as his minimum purse and Bob was only giving him 500k? More money isn't always the best option, add to the fact Nonito has gone through like three managers already.

top rank would not say they offered him fights if it was not true. that would be ******, they would have emails and letters as proof of offering them
