going to law school at harvard doesnt mean as much as u think it does. is the guy smart?? yes. is he still practicing law in any real capacity?? proly not. im sure top rank has in house counsel and so does gbp. who knows where any of those nameless guys went to school. and this isnt betw. gbp and arum just yet. this is arum and donaire. this was sent to donaire's lawyer.

Bailey is a former NSAC chairman, it would be impossible for him to commit such an oversight i guess.

But at any rate, this is what i've been saying, that at this point of Donaire's career, ****s like these is the last thing he needs.

isnt that how they settled the manny dispute tho??? this is much less severe than that was.

yea but if he really did that, he'd be sued out his ass for malpractice. that kinda lack of oversight rises to the level of incompetence. theres no way i see him making a mistake like that, itd be like a futbol player intentionally scoring an own goal on himself.

the hate between them is not that much during that time. actually, this war between gbp and top rank started with the pac controversy.

but anyway, my whole point is that if donaire wants to move to another promoter, and he can avoid all these legal problems, that's what he should do. don't know if you were able to catch that.

GDP is regularly outfoxed by Top Rank, and Rachel Donaire seems to act/speak out of anger or excitement rather than out of consideration.. I'd say once again Arum will be doing some pwning. I like Nonito, but this wasn't well thought out.

oh i agree...i dunno what went on behind closed doors but it seems that this conflict has been brewing at least since the montiel fight ended. maybe gbp knows something we dont. maybe donaire does...who knows.
