This girl is blaming Top Rank for putting all their attention on Pacquiao. Oh man, she shouldn't have gone public with that. It makes her sound bitter because Donaire hasn't gotten the same exposure as Manny.

I can understand the things like adding him on an undercard, but Arum was trying to make the pinoy public buy two fights: Pacquiao and Donaire. The problem here lies in the fact that Donaire hadn't been given a big name fight since Darchinyan. Had they waited a little longer after the Montiel fight, Top Rank would've given him plenty of big names at super bantamweight and featherweight.

I can see Golden Boy giving him one or two big fights before his resume starts fading again.

edit: Btw I'm not totally against him signing with Golden Boy, but if it were only for a few fights. The other article here claims it's a multi-year deal. I wish him luck.

Listen, I could be wrong and no I don't hate Pac. I'm just speaking from experience. Fame can get to a persons head, no matter how rich they are. I remember Floyd told Roger not to be in Forbes corner for his fight with Oscar. When people are famous and powerful, sometimes they do funny style things. Give me a reason why Donaire ain't getting up with Top Rank? Or better yet, why he is not getting on Pacquiao's undercards? Ain't no room for two Pinoys. The adviser said it himself.
