Why didn't Top rank get him fights according to his contract? I still don't get how a fighter like him could be put on a shelf for one fight a year.

he's had 7 fights since jumping to top rank in less than 3 years.

and arum tried to get him fights.

do a search function on fights proposed for donaire.

donaire just doesn't bring enough money for the opponents to take the fights.

he was not enough money for the risk to his opponents.

Jin Mosley is Korean, and Rachel Donaire is Filipino which are two entirely different cultures so stop comparing. Your post makes no sense because having Nonito on a Pacquiao under card is a shot call Pacquiao is capable of making, but didn't. Your boy didn't want to share the spot light with his fellow countryman, yet he's fight for his people...ok.

Unlike Jin, Rachel is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and can probably kick your ass so talking **** about her just shows how pathetic some of you Pacquiao fans will stoop to defend your boyfriend.

Bottom line, Nonito can finally fight consistent high level comp, and grow his popularity fighting in areas with supportive fan bases like Nor Cal, and So Cal.

Top Rank is doing what's best for them and so are the Donaire's. Top Rank didn't want to fully promote or expose Donaire, breached his contract, so he left to get that somewhere else. Sounds about even to me.
