Alot of good ones already said but I have to add Trinidad-Mayorga.

Mayorga took a unreal amount of power punches from Tito at 160. Underrated beating imo. Dont think Mayorga was the same after it.

        Duran Vs Moore.

Robinson Vs Lamotta - Valentines day massacre

I always disliked Ali but when he fought Holmes I genuinely couldn't watch.

Fulmer Vs Paret and for obvious reasons Griffth Vs Paret 3.

"You might have to kill him to beat him."

Always pissed me off hearing Roy Jones laugh at that. Chinless moron couldnt take half of what did Mayorga did.

Some not mentioned and rarely are -

Pipino Cuevas - Billy Backus, Backus had some chin to stand the beating Cuevas was giving him for as long as he did even though it was only 2 rounds.

Carlos Palomino - John H Stracey, some what beautiful yet disgusting body punching clinic put on by Palomino, turned Straceys insides to liquid ****.

Dwight Qawi - Matthew Saad Muhammad II, a 'Saad' ending, clearly past his best here and Qawi just bullied him around like a piece of meat.

              Hagler - Minter, wasn't pretty.

              Trinidad - Vargas.
Probably the most punishment ever dished out in the space of 2 rounds.

The fighters on the losing end really showed lots of heart in those 3 fights.

But i would put Angulo-Tsurkan up there
although it wasnt on a sustained clip like the tsurkan fight, angulo and yorgey came to mind

i was real close for that one.
real close, coulda tossed a bowling ball into the ring. hartford, CT if i remember correctly.
it sounded like somebody was hitting a heavybag with a baseball bat
worst ref i've ever come across. he let him take a hell of a beating.

some other terrible beatings that i didnt see brought up, contemporary and otherwise:
                      pacquiao - barerra 1
                      pacquiao - morales 2
                      chop chop - mathysse
                      george foreman - joe frazier
                      ali - holmes
                      all things george chuvalo
tua vs ruiz (short and sweet, but still a beating)
klitschko vs arreola (**** that, i'm coming back)
                      ali - bugner
                      salvador sanchez - wilfredo gomez

                      plenty more to come
