same w/ floyd. y fite mosley when u cud fite marquez. again, lower risk, high reward.

at least pac/floyd don't fite goat farmers frm czechozlavakia.
Problem is Mosley wanted to fight Pacquiao after he had already fought Hatton then Cotto. It was after the Cotto fight that Mosley asked for a fight, not before the Hatton fight. Before the Pac-Hatton fight[May 2009], it was Pac-DLH in Dec 2008. Mosley had just come off his win over Margarito and was calling Mayweather out of retirement, he didn't have his eyes set on Pacquiao until after Pacquiao beat Haton and Cotto. So the "y not fight ricky hatton 4 more money? lower risk, higher reward" doesn't really make sense in this case.

This is what it comes down to. Risk vs Reward. This is what every fighter considers before taking a fight.

i think what ur sayn s shane called out pac after hatton? the logic still applies ya? cuz cotto was comin off the margarito loss n subpar performance against clottey. n still he's a bigger draw than shane.

f ur talkn bout after cotto-- the logic still applies so just apply the same logic 2 whenever u want.

So what is the reward for fighting a low risk shopworn Mosley?

Thats OK , but what about the big talk now , we want to out do Floyd , WTF what a ***in copout , if Pac wanted to out do Floyd he needed to fight and beat Mosley FIRST , not blatantly duck Mosley then fight all this CW crap with inhouse sloths untill Shane shows he is Shot , what a ***in pile of horse**** Pac wants people to swallow and little boy fanboys do lol , just like WWE a scripted side show .

I'm from the school of DLT, I make space when I feel like it, sorry.

After Cotto not after Hatton. After Hatton, people thought Pacquiao was going to fight Bradley or some 140 pounder, the Pac-May craziness wasn't in it's prime yet, and Mosley wasn't crazy about Pac either. It was after Cotto. So let me see, where is it that your post makes sense? You're telling me that The Golden Boy from Ghana, Joshua Clottey, was more of a draw than Shane Mosley? Clottey was a low risk, high reward fight? A higher reward than Mosley?

              ^5 Sentences=1 paragraph.

Yes, Roach ducked the loser of Cotto-Mosley to take on the winner, even though Arum picks Pac's opponents not Freddie

Cotto beat Mosley, Mosley beat Margarito, Margarito beat Cotto.

Come May 8th, Pacquiao will have destroyed ALL of them in brutal fashion. Time to move on.

Yeah, because that was MUCH easier to read.

Who do you want him to fight that would outdo Floyd? Pac's made a career of beating Floyd at his own game.shane is the most profitable low risk fight out there. Who at 147 is left? I believe the 3 names tossed around were Berto, JMM, and Shane. JMM at 147 would be ****** and he would be criticized for blowing up a LW. Berto has no mainstream noteriety. Shane was the logical choice.
