The answer to your question is simple. Marquez looked bad against Mayweather at 147, so Pac figures he will have an advantage against Marquez if he forces him to fight at 147. No way in hell will Pac fight him on even terms. Pac hasn't fought a fighter on even terms since......the second Marquez fight.
