Stop making excuses, Camacho doesn't beat Chavez EVER. Prime, not prime, it makes no difference. Style was bad for Camacho, Chavez came forward and Camacho wasn't able to handle the body work.

Camacho was a hell of a fighter though, can't take that from him.
You meant to say "Camacho at 140 who is no longer the same fighter could not handle Chavez body work etc." Many have said that Chavez was smart about when he fought Camacho. He waited for the right time.

One punch from Edwin Rosario made Hector embrace his inner b1tch boi and he was a puzzy from that point on.

Perhaps, it is often said that Rosario changed Camacho forever after their fight. Chavez got a softened up, less confident Camacho thanks to Rosario. It must be said though, Camacho knocks you the **** out in 6 seconds or less in the real world. Now that is reality.

More like Rosario made Camacho show his true colors.

I love comments like this, they are so easy to make because there's no proof of any of this, just rumor and speculation and who knows where it comes from.

Chavez never ducked anyone, Camacho and Chavez were the SAME AGE when they fought and everyone knows that 140lbs was NOT Chavez' prime weight, that was 2 weight classes higher than his best weight.

Camacho was 40-1 when he fought Chavez, hardly "past his prime"....hahaha

Camacho isn't even in the same sentence with Chavez as far as quality of fighter, give it up and find another alt.

Funny how he's trying to make Hector out to be Whitaker before Sweet Pea was Whitaker.

But there is proof that Chavez got beat by Taylor, Randall and could not handle slick black fighters. So when you make comments about how special Chavez was as a fighter, you leave out reality and his loss to Laporte years before. If you REALLY think the Camacho that fought Chavez was the Camacho of old, you need to ban yourself now. Granted Chavez "won" their fight, but don't kid yourself about which Camacho showed up for that fight. By the time Camacho fought Chavez, he was there to get paid and hit the party scene. Not even close to the fighter he was and could have been.

You only reveal what a child you are if you FAIL to understand how gifted Camacho was. Don't even mention Whitaker in this conversation unless you are here to confess the fact that Whitaker schooled Chavez and was ROBBED.
