i'll never forget when Naz went to the USA to fight that Kellly guy and they were talking about him and his power and just as i think Emmanuel Steward talks about the Princes power he floors Kelly...the timing was just so perfect, you couldnt have written the script...

Maybe cos after his first loss he just gave up true greats don't do that although worse fighter than Naz are probably in. I won't really complain either way though he doesn't deserve to be a certainty to get in the HOF.

Tyson has a better resume, but I still think Nas should probably get in but there far more worrying that others haven't been inducted, especially while Mcguigan has.

Sure, youngest HW boxing champ of all time.

          Truly unified undisputed champion.

Damn near cleaned out a division...

His dismantling of Michael Spinks is better than any win in Hamed career.

Also had wins over solid foes like Berbick, undefeated Tucker, and top contenders like Ruddock(2x), Tubbs, and Briggs.

Considering what Holmes, Kelly, and Vazquez did after. Tyson win over an old Holmes>>>>>>>Hamed wins over an old Kelly and Vazquez.

Hamed has good wins, with the likes of Harrison, Kelly, Vazquez, Medina, and Sanchez

Hamed beat title holders Johnson and Soto, Tyson beat title holders Bruno(2x), Smith, Seldon.

If you look at bot resumes, accomplishments, and achievements. Without question Tyson>>>>>Hamed.

People look at the Tyson post prison and think he was ehh....Forgetting just how completely dominating and everything he did pre Prison.

The only way I see anybody saying Hamed>>>>Tyson is if there on this Nationalistic nonsense.

Excellent breakdown. Beat me to it

But in response to the thread.

Naseem seems to get a little underrated on these boards. After all, he was considered the best fighter at FW for quite a while.

He has a good set of wins over Top 5 fighters at FW and 15 title defences.

People seem to forget that. I think he deserves to be in the HOF and down the line I believe he will be inducted.

I wouldn't have voted him in personally but the point is that there are much more deserving fighters that haven't been inducted.

That's exactly what he's saying and he's correct.

Especially when you look at the people who are not...Makes it disgraceful.

In what sense does Tyson have a better resume?

Hamed is one of the greatest featherweights of all time. If Hamed wasn't a ****** he probably would have been inducted by now.
