for real man...what was the purpose of floyd changing his demand if not to make the fight harder to make?.....none ,besides that....floyd does'nt want none right now...maybe when pac becomes very obviously faded, floyd will fight him then....

As it stands now, Floyd would not even make the one-fight-a-year stand of his. Pac is already taken. At most, if he decides to fight Pac it would be late this year or early next year. Enough time to settle his court cases.

No doubt in hell that he needs to initiate the negotiations. Arum won't. He's sick of Floyd's stalling tactics.

YEAR ROUND with NO CUTOFFS is the actual protocol... Not just during training.. How do we know the fighting is juicing when he isnt in training..

Actually, its not. Its differs for each sport. And athletes that do the year round testing DO NOT GET TO CHOSE if they will be tested out of competition. The USADA selects those athletes based on a set of criteria.
