WITHOUT being foretold of dates and times, and collected his check.

That would be a reasonable theory if Floyd hadnt already agreed to 50/50. Floyd dosent care about doing 50/50. The %50 he would make in this fight is bigger then a %60-%70 he would make in any other fight.
