If Pac Takes the Test will Floyd Fight Him?

I have seen the word coward being used to describe Floyd by people on this site and apparently the know nothing about boxing ESPN guy uttered the same. But if OST is just a way to out of the fight will Floyd fight Pac if he suddenly accepted the testing?

If Floyd was a coward or only bluffing during negotiations why would he say yes to all Pac's request, there where about 4 things, some absurb, that Pac wanted. The so-called "coward" said yes, all Pac had to agree to was 1 request from Floyd and he said No. WHYYYY?! Why couldn't Pac just say yes like Floyd said yes?

Floyd is supposedly the coward but the word "fear and scared" has only been applied to Manny as it relates to needles. In the end Floyd said yes to Pacquiao's bull**** negotiation request so Pac should of agreed to his. The only reason he didnt must be cause he's the "coward"

Now thats my opinion on who the staller is, how many of you Pac fans really believe Floyd is such a coward that even if Pac agreed to random OST Floyd would back out the fight?

Point is to fight in the biggest fight in history Manny needs to be random OST and that frightens Manny because he wont be able to use his PEDS , but he is trying so hard to open a window to use his PEDS but Floyd wont let him , so he must fight Floyd in a fair fight something Manny is not used to , his PEDS and monster ring size CWs and all his other bull**** advantages are gone against Floyd and Manny dont like a fair fight .

While Pac goes on record saying he will do the test Floyd goes on record saying he might take a year or two off which was stated after the Clottey fight when Pac agreed to the 14 day window..

that's what the TS is saying ,how do u know if he would or wouldnt if pac hasnt agreed to the OST? If pac agreed to the OST and floyd said no then u have the right to critisize..but he has not agreed yet and he even threw the 10 million dollar penalty for each pound to which floyd agreed to so its his right to ask for an OST..so pac dont want no mayweather till he says YES to the tests with no cut off dates.

Manny could solve this problem easily and it doesn't even need to involve Mayweather.

He could at least take his seven day cut off testing against any fighter then at least his fans could point to that and say look he is doing something. He is not doing anything like that though~ which only makes the question linger because why would anyone just let this hang out there


The sad fact is that he is not cleaning up his mess that he created and all he does is talk. Talking doesn't solve this issue~ testing does
