I wouldn't call Helenius out of shape...he's not cut like Haye or Wlad are but out of shape,no.and sloppy,well 6'6 hw can't move like 6'1 hw

Yeah, not everyone can look like them, no matter how hard they train. And Robert has stated that his training has got tremendously better after moving to Sauerland. He's now surrounded by professionals, and that's a great thing!

Helenius broke his hand early in that fight.

I was impressed by how well he fought with a broken hand.

That's the only one of his past few fights where he didn't stop his opponent. Interesting how that's the fight you mention.

Oloukun wasn't his best performance,but to be fair he did hurt his hand during that fight
