Floyd is a good boxer with a very good skills. his skills wasnt really tested. he has never fought anyone anyone in their prime or close to their prime that would be a future hall of famers.

Floyd could have done 10 times what he has accomplished given his abilities and has probably wasted perhaps the best boxing skillset of the last 40 years. Floyd has accomplished great things but he could have been remembered along side Robinson but instead he will be remembered as the guy who never lived up to his own hype.

I hope pacquiao vs mayweather will happen sooner than later when they are still at the top of the world.

I dont Think Floyyd is done in terms of capacity... He is still a good boxer in my list... one of the best in his weight class....its his mental stature... all the mind games he has done has finally caught up to him, he's so used to the leverage he gets on post fight to "condition" the atmosphere in the ring in his favor.... unfortunately.... he's not getting that with Pac who is an unorthodox fighter both in and out of the ring.

The glaring link here is as Bert Sugar profoundly sums up.... the "0" thing. Hes not fighting PAc, hes fighting a record and a place in the books..." its a he against Sugar Ray...."(0:42).
Hes not afraid of PAC.... its a legacy he worked hard to build that he dont want to crash.... well i guess that includes the supposed friends and the sponsorship money goin byebye IF he loose.... that sums it up... its just the worshiping fans on both sides that makes the issue a quagmire *******S and *****S alike....

            heres the experts take....

only in the late 90's he put hes heart blood, sweat, tears on the line but as soon as he got some cash the dude was lost no more pretty boy floyd it became money mayweather and thats how he would b remembered for the money not the legacy he should have had......
Epic ******* Fail....Floyd is an ATG..just because him and Manny havent met doesnt magically derank him as a fighter...FLoyd is in a new era of fighters, the fighters he fought when he was younger and climbing the top are 30 times better then whats in the sport today.

Floyd is a boxing great but as it stands he'll go down as a modern great who ducked the one fight that could have made him an all time great

Floyd will go down as an ATG no doubt and I aint even a fan but you cant realy argue with that.

I seriously think the fight with Manny will happen soon as he starts slowing down abit the same thing Sugar Ray did to Hagler will happen here....this fights makes way too much cash for it not to happen.

Hard to take what you're saying seriously. Cotto will have a better resume? I don't care what you fairweather boxing fans say, Floyd has been a world champion since '99. That means he's been fighting championship fights or championship caliber fights for a decade straight. It's cool to dislike someone, but you're taking it way too far. Saying Floyd is an ATG takes nothing away from Manny. You act like giving someone else props takes away from Manny. You're the worst kinda fan. The kind that resembles a female. Be a fan of the "sport" and stop jocking "fighters".
