I think Cotto's issues with Margarito in fight 2 have nothing to do with his ability but are pyshcological.

If Cotto can overcome that he quit mentally, he has the skills to beat Margs in a UD.

I think it's a hard road, and he can definitely be smarter, but that's the biggest barrier I see.
