Smart ass Pac fought Margs at 150 for the title and Margs hadnt even had a decent win at 154 and Pac never fought at the weight. Cotto's win over Jennings was said to be Hagler-Hearns 2 in most hardcore boxing circles.

I think Margs style is tough for Cotto regardless of plaster or not.

margs was able to wear down pac a bit and get to him and hurt him.

margs also was able to take everything pac threw and landed.

not good sign for cotto if that margs shows up. but who knows , that beating could have just taken everything left from margs.

            we'll find out july.

              Cotto likes to bully.

When he gets bullied that fighting off the back foot doesn't work.

Well it did late rounds against Mosley, but not against more relentless guys.

On topic. I hate the thread title.

              Super welterweight big frickin whoop.

Wilfredo Beintez was champ at 17 and unifying at 22, and he wasn't fighting Matthew Hatton either.

Yep even though Pac beat the **** out of him he showed me that he still has the style to beat Cotto. I think Cotto can ud him if he boxes smart and avoids the ropes as much as possible but it will be a tough fight either way.

he needs to work on his stamina BIG TIME.

i hope steward doesn't tell him to jab and box and run.

he needs to be more offensive.

he waited for marg to come to him too much in the 1st.

just because you're boxing , doesn't mean you have to be going backwards all the time.
