As of today there is no reliable test for HGH, now if your smart you know hgh is not a steroid, it's a hormone. You also know that Manny has been taking it for years. As have 95% of pro athletes. Now the last thing congressman Pacman wants is to be in the middle of a presidential race and for it to come to light all his accomplishments are tainted. Even if I was clean I'd be worried about samples being out there.

Manny and Mosley should do an Olympic style drug test in their competition. No offense to Mosley this is just to prove to Mayweather's psychotic family that Pac's is not on steroids and neither does him. They should make this a promotional thing to hype up the fight. Do a CBS kind of thing while on 360 the Nevada Athletic Sports Commission or the U.S. Olympic organization will come down to do random testing to both Pacquiao and Mosley.
