Look, let's not be blind to the idea that there's the unfortunate stigma over Pacquiao's head, like it or not. That PED seed was planted months ago by the Mayweather side and it never quite died down. It has grown a life of its own.

On that alone, I believe, there should be something tangible done on Pacquiao's behalf, to quell the rumors.

Obviously, the best scenario (assuming the PED accusations exist) is for Pacquiao to test (random, OST) against Floyd and win the fight.

The next best scenario (same PED assumption, mind you) is that he test for the Mosley fight, win convincingly, and come out clean. This potentially kills two birds with one stone -- quelling rumors within the forum of public opinion, and getting leverage against similar testing for the mayweather fight.

But did everything lead back to the initial accusation of Floyd? Yes, of course it does.

Whatever it is, Manny has agreed to 7 days according to what you want to believe. That is already pretty good in my books for someone to say with NO NEGOTIATIONS finalized. Manny HAS stated to agreeing FULL testing. Time will tell what happens with the negotiations.

There are possibilities for complications. I did not come up with this. This comment has been said numerous times by experts. You think they are going to take out blood 2 days prior to the fight? Unless there are su****ions (fluctuations in the test results), I highly doubt it. Anyhow, Manny has agreed so it doesn't matter.

I think this fight gets done if everything falls into place in the next few months. Meaning, Manny beats Mosley. Floyd gets cleared of all charges. Floyd comes out of his vacation.

I doubt any signing takes place before then. If it does, great.
