Ok, listen up. Olympic style testing since Atlanta 1996 means storing samples and retesting when tests are available. This is what Pac wants nothing to do with it. As of today there is no reliable test for HGH, now if your smart you know hgh is not a steroid, it's a hormone. You also know that Manny has been taking it for years. As have 95% of pro athletes. Now the last thing congressman Pacman wants is to be in the middle of a presidential race and for it to come to light all his accomplishments are tainted. Even if I was clean I'd be worried about samples being out there.
