Manny's " promises " to the media, are completely worthless. Technically and factually, Manny's "promises" hold about as much credence as Roger Mayweather's accusations.

FACT: The negotiation back in Dec 09 died because Manny refused to submit to random blood tests without a 24-day cutoff.....

Whilst you insist that Manny has " promised " to agree to the tests, everybody else can see that he has already had that opportunity, and he refused.

brother lead, the FACT is manny is innocent until proven otherwise....these are all allegations...i would want him to submit to drug testing to finish this off...but give the guy a break...he needs to get pass shane first..it will happen eventually.....there is too much money at stake...and if floyd goes with don king ofcourse...just my opinion...
