Pac gonna laugh all the way to the bank on this one.
Well you better start suing most of the posters on this site because almost everybody here thinks you are a complete moron...

Pac's case has prima facie merit. Otherwise, the motion to dismiss would have been granted.

All cases are handled on a retainer basis. Then the client is charged "billable hours". In essence, the expenses that a plaintiff and defendant may incur would almost be the same if you consider the stage of the proceedings.

Awards for damages most of the time is on contingency basis meaning the law firm will collect a percentage if there is recovery and the legal costs in litigating normally is awarded to the winner.

So if Packy wins, GBP, Oscar, and the Mayweathers would have to ante the legal costs as well as pay the award for damages. And the judge not dismissing the case brings it closer to litigation which at this point seems to favor Pac.

1 year has passed and they're just dismissing DLH and Schaffer's motion to dismiss. They haven't even got PBF's motion, that's gonna take a couple of months. Then they have the other matter with DLH, and they still won't get to the defamation hearing till mid 2012, then every person has to be handle individually. Good move PAC

That is nothing... Pacquiao is suing for Millions of dollars. Remember? I read the case. They posted in the public. The lawyers that submitted to Nevada. Its a win win for Pacquiao. Just FYI...

in the end the bill of rights will prevail over this frivolous lawsuit that is wasting tax payers money. Freedom of speech is a right worth dying for especially when it is up against ***** hurt f@ggets.
