Anyone who makes false allegations without proof deserve to be sued. I was wondering what was happening with this case. Not only did Pacquiao retire Gay la hoya in the ring, hes gonna retire his company. And Floyd Sr, Roger, and Floyd Jr can say all they want, I actually encourage them to keep talking because they are just providing more evidence towards Pacquiao's case. Lmao what a bunch of morons.

Pac gonna laugh all the way to the bank on this one.

Are you an idiot? The only people laughing are the lawyers, who are taking all of their money because a grown man got his feelings hurt.

One year into this nonsense and they still haven't even been in a courtroom, unless you're a lawyer in this case, nobody's taking **** to the bank.

      You're a complete moron

So for those who think it's silly for Manny to file this lawsuit. Think again... The court just made the first move towards supporting Mannys side.
How about when you're own conditioning coach is quoted publicly making a statement such as "I'm responsible for what he takes. He has no idea what he takes." and triggers speculation from those involved and observers?

How do you answer that one?

Let's see, he suing every person for 75K in damages, he's gotta pay his lawyers for this cause I know it's not pro bono, let's say Pac is paying between 5-15K a month for all lawyers services. that's 70-150K wasted already on nonsense. Those prices are just being modest.

1 year has passed and they're just dismissing DLH and Schaffer's motion to dismiss. They haven't even got PBF's motion, that's gonna take a couple of months. Then they have the other matter with DLH, and they still won't get to the defamation hearing till mid 2012, then every person has to be handle individually. Good move PAC

just like those athletes like shane who never tested positive huh? heres what you dumbasses seem to forget. manny originally accepted the request then started tap dancing on the issue.

the judge will have a field day with manny asking why he changed his mind so many times and started coming up with bizarre lies
