The fact that he even asked for the tests in the first place shows that he's spooked. And what happened when Negotiations were starting up again? He takes the original offer off the table and goes on vacation. So basically, he just keeps throwing up roadblocks to keep this fight from getting made.

Lets make this simple for the *****s. Let's say I was about to fight you and make $50 mil. Mind you I call myself " Money " and claim that I'd beat you with my eyes closed. But then I demand this unheard of **** and while you try to compromise and meet my demands I say **** that I'm not fighting you until you do as I say.

See Pac fans only listen to Floyd Sr and Roger Mayweather as evidenced by the printing of everything they say about Manny being on roids and scared to test on this site The so called *****s have listened to experts like Conte, Tygart, Goodman, etc...who have explained exactly how these PEDs work and how Team Pacquiao can be using them. Such as requesting a cutoff date and wanting to know when he will be tested. That only gives a user a window to cycle, thats why "*****s" agree that random means random.

At this point forget Floyd, how about Manny just prove to the boxing world that he is a drug free fighter? He is at a status where NO the piss test is not enough.

Like I said, If Pac is down to do it, cool. As long as the fight gets made. But I aint gonna judge Pac for not wanting to do it. Honestly, if I was Pac, I'd be a little offended that I am getting singled out for these tests. I've taken the same test as everyone else and I've tested clean everytime so who the **** is you to tell me to do it? The fact that my training is gonna be disrupted by something my opponent brought on is a big concession. Yeah Floyd is gonna take the same tests but it wont bother him because he's the one that wants it. At this level in the game, any concession to your opponent is a loss. It may seem trivial to regular folks but to these guys, its serious ****.

Just to clarify before I get labled a ***** or pac hater, I dont hate Pac, I like him in the ring not out of it, I think he pretends to be dumb on talk shows and interviews, its annoying. I will be rooting for Pac to beat Mosley cause Shane needs to sit his old azz down somewhere, he had his shot no need for another.

As a boxing fan though I just dont see him javing any chance to beat Floyd, Mayweather just has too much skill and last time Pac faced real skill, JMM, he struggled badly. Also, pac people call Floyd a coward but he loves fights like this, this is when he is at his best and embarasses his opponents.
