U think the drug tests are about Floyd, for me, I want OST for the same reason Olympic record breakers and homerun hitters are scrutinized. The fact that he even asked for the tests in the first place shows that he's spooked. And what happened when Negotiations were starting up again? He takes the original offer off the table and goes on vacation. So basically, he just keeps throwing up roadblocks to keep this fight from getting made.

See Pac fans only listen to Floyd Sr and Roger Mayweather as evidenced by the printing of everything they say about Manny being on roids and scared to test on this site The so called *****s have listened to experts like Conte, Tygart, Goodman, etc...who have explained exactly how these PEDs work and how Team Pacquiao can be using them. Such as requesting a cutoff date and wanting to know when he will be tested. That only gives a user a window to cycle, thats why "*****s" agree that random means random.
