Your not a good debater cause if this is the case then Pac doesnt deal out 10 million dollar fines for weight penalties, set catchweights, invent titles, change the 10 ounce junior middleweight rule to 8 cause he likes smaller gloves, if he can do all that Floyd can surely ask for OST.
