Golden Boy isn't the sharpest tool in the box. I don't take any notice of him anymore. If Floyd felt he could beat Pacquio he would have made moves to make the fight happen rather than self destruct.

If you watch any of Pacquiao's fights since the Morales loss, the one thing that his opponents have focused on using against him is the jab. It's kinda funny that these trainers think that if they go off of the blueprint that Morales used, they could have the same results. The sad part is that they don't realize that even though Morales was effective with the jab, he was taking some hard shots. The jab was even more effective because Pac was cut above the eye on an accidental headbutt. We all know Pac has improved skills to counter the jab. So you figure that with no cut above the eye and his improved boxing ability, the effectiveness of the jab is 2/3 less than what it was 6 years ago. I think the key to beating Pacquiao would be to take a lesson from JMM. I might be wrong but I think Marquez has said that it would be crazy to try an outbox Pacquiao because Pacquiao's style is that of a fighter, not a boxer. Marquez said that you basically have to go toe to toe with Pacquiao and adapt during the fight. You figure Marquez has a point considering that if he hadn't been knocked down during their fights, he'd be the winner of both contests.

Might be true but mayweathers must not thing so.
There is every possibilty thats De La Hoya is right and Mayweather can go on to beat Pac but if Mayweather thought that, they would have fought by now. Personally, I think Mayweather is scared and he has every right to be bacause i dont think anyone can handle Pac at the minute and even though he has the best defense in boxing it wont be enough. Also Mayweathers used to taking on people who he wants to fight and Pac always fights people bigger and stronger, then there is the biggest fear of all, loseing his perfect record. Pac would win by stoppage in rounds 8-10 a think.

With PBF being the better boxer and technician, I can't see how pac get's past him. As a matter of fact, PBF vs pac could be a thing in the past if SSM lands that right hand again and also massive body shots! Even pac admits his body can't take the punishment.

Funny.. DLH also said during thier fight that he would win... He also said that Pacquiao had no chance against Hatton... that's 0 out of 2 for a great one

Cotto never, ever mentioned any desire to fight Floyd. PERIOD. I guess in YOUR world the best fighter in the world challenges the up and comers???? Man let me school you all on something right now. Bob and Floyd are ruined goods. Bob said himself that Floyd was the best fighter he had ever seen since Ali, and held him in the same lime light as SRL. Their business finished terribly sour worse than DLH and Arum, and since then, they have not made any business. And they probably never will.. You can see how reasonable Bob Arum is with GBP.. Well what you all see as simply GBP and Floyd.. he sees as the two *ssholes that kept him from making big money, working together to make more money. The only way I see this fight going down is if Pac pulls a Shane and bails for a one fight stint
Not even a ***** can back this one up !!

Seriously, stop with the bull****. Oscar is just blowing smoke and doesn't even speak for Floyd, he's not his promoter. He's just hoping to get a slice of the pie. Last week he was pushing for Pacquiao-Marquez. Yesterday he says Canelo is going to beat Manny. Today it's Floyd again.
Only one happening is Pac-Marquez and Oscar will be a spectator like the rest of us on that one.
