What country has the richest Boxing history?

I know that it's not a country but a commonwealth and a territory of the US but I just listed their champions because it's still their champs and like anybody else they feel proud of their people so I wanted to put out there because they still consider themselves a country. I'm not too sure if the US counts the puerto rican champs as part of their champs but I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

For modern boxing with gloves, the USA is #1 without a doubt. Then Mexico.

If you include bareknuckle boxing then Britain has some history too.
