corrles was bigger than everybody else he fought at 130, 135..cotto was running thru everybody too and unlike chico he did'nt have the usual size adavantge....corrales never had a win comparable to a shane mosley ... like i said floyd never had a bettrer win than a cotto win...

Cotto is a good win but certainly not the level you are making it out to be~

The Mosley fight was long before the Manny fight and look at how he looked in his most recent fights to the Manny fight, got stomped by Margarito and didn't look impressive against Clottey (even if you want to give him the benefit of the doubt regarding the cut).

I don't find that very impressive, names are important but it is just as important when you see those names~

Its easy to look like a 2 handed fighter when you are fighting Joshua Clottey and a vast array of shot washed up fighters not so easy against prime hall of famers like Morales and Marquez

Corrales was closer to great when Floyd fought him than Cotto was and so was JLC.

Simple Cotto isn't a great fighter especially when you look at his situation going in so it isn't a great win~ your listing of things that really have nothing to do with the fighter at hand does nothing to make me change my stance on the fight

NONE. he fought good fighters like Chris John but couldnt even dominate him. he beat a shot to ***** Barrera in a close fight. he lost all rounds against Floyd and had a close fight against Pac. those are the fighters JMM fought who were a good to great boxers. if JMM was so good he should have dominated Chris John, a shot Barrera.
